Samsung SGH-E900 Mobile Phone

i have had this phone for some time and never once have i had any problems with it it is easy to use and you can also get memory cards for it 1 gig up to 2gig not sure if u can get more but i have always loved the samsungs i had the D500 and sad to say would still have it had the screen not got cracked lol but this phone is really good and easy to use

loved the colour of the phone and condition was superb...And FAST delivery..A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+...Easy to use it was described as exacly how it said on eBay...I decided to but it cause it was what i was looking for

The phone arrived as promised but the phone was sent with numbers and porn pictures saved on phone. Needed password to delete these phone numbers and read my messages and the seller was unable to provide details. Do not buy mobiles from this seller ...

I'll keep this simple - a great looking phone with many ultra up to date features. Looks brilliant, sliding functions, touch screen style facilities and great camera. There are 2 big let downs though, the touch screen feature is over sensitive and when you're talking it is too easy to nudge the hang up button with your cheek. issue 2 is the samsung problem that you cannot set your own message tone and are stuck with the factory bleeps and chimes

Neat. Small size but big buttons if sight poor. Easy to use when kids at school show you how. Am now doing buetooth! LOL

its a good phone but the battery life isnt very good on it, i had this phone before but it got nicked. i really liked it then but now ive got it back it doesnt meet my requirements for a phone. But i would recommend this phone to anyone, its a good phone all round.

Needed to up date phone, wanted a Samsung,
thought it looked a good one, and reasonable,
so went for this one.

Phone description said no disable marks but the phone had scratches ( heavy use marks ) and a couple of casing dings which would suggest the phone is older
(in use)than the stated 9 months.

However as my D800 is faulty and I unlocked this phone within 5 minutes of opening the box I am prepared to let the indiscepincies pass.

When I sell items on ebay I try to ensure the description is 100% accurate I expect the same.

i like the idea that people can be trusted i have allways receaved what i have brought and the time it takes for things to be deliverd is very quick and the bargains are great

I had been thinking of updating my mobile phone for some.I am a pay as you go user as this suits my needs.With so many options, I decided that I needed a light phone,Bluetooth and ease of use, without spending a fortune. The Samsung fitted the bill. What do I think about, well, over all I am delighted. It's so easy to use, I hardly ever consult the instruction book it's that easy. Down side, the touch pads are very sensitive and can take a bit of getting used to.
Over all a good valued Mobile Phone.

Design
In the phone's press release, Samsung extol the virtues of what they call the "futuristic touchscreen" navigation keys, which do away with "the need for excessive protruding buttons". While we'd argue that a protruding button or two is a necessity if you want a functional device, the fact that the keys lie in wait below the glossy surface -- awakening in a blaze of white backlight upon sliding the phone up -- does give the phone a smooth and sexy look.

Features
While the Chocolate had a relatively wussy feature set, a wealth of inclusions lurk beneath the E900's serene ebony surfaces. A 2-megapixel flash camera and 80MB of internal memory with microSD expansion slot compare favourably with the specs of the LG model -- which sports a 1.3-megapixel flash-free cam and non-expandable 128MB of space. One thing to note if you plan on storing a heap of songs: the E900 does not come with a microSD card.

Performance
As snazzy as they look, the touch-sensitive keys can cause problems. As we found with LG's Chocolate, it takes a while to adjust to using them -- instead of keeping your thumb on the phone and applying pressure, you need to lift it off for commands to register. The touch screen is very sensitive, and when you're typing a message or dialling a number, your thumb can often stray to the cancel key on the right. This can result in the instant deletion of that ultra-witty SMS you've been composing, which is quite the patience-tester.

The E900 does have some positive qualities -- the hand-friendly size, sub-menus and vibrant display are chief among them -- but touch-key issues, texting troubles and shutter lag brought its score down.

The screen's clarity is brilliant. Keypad is probably a bit sensitive. And the format is different to Nokia's keypad so it took me sometime to get used to it. Otherwise, very good phone for cheap price.

I always wanted to get this handset for ages, however now i've got it i find the touch sensitive buttons somewhat difficult at times to master, resulting in deleted texts whilst in the middle of writing them, which is sometimes very, very, very annoying.

Also, because of the touch sensitive nature, whilst the slide is up you end up dialing numbers (either last number dialed or message recipient) you did not intend to ring due to the small touch screen area. If you have big hands or thick fingers this phone is not for you, as you will always end up touching the wrong section of the screen, thus activating a functions you didnt want to activate. Annoying!

Other than that and as well as the fact that there it has no speaker-phone function, i really must say its a great little phone and i'm glad i've got it! Hope this is helpful :)

The phone is in super condition came within a cuple of days of buying the phone could'nt ask for any better.
