Saw this film when i was young. thought my daughter would love it too, she must of watched it about 20 times so far. If your child has grown out of cartoon films but you dont want them to watch anything with bad language and still be realistic then this film is for you.

I decided to buy The Goonies DVD as it is an excellent film. I have watched this movie so many times and wanted a copy for myself, rather than waiting for it to come on TV or wait for friends to lend it to me. This is a brilliant story and I would recommend it to anyone of any age.

Great all round family film. good characters, a blend of comedy with a hint of scary. my 5 year old, 14 year old, 17 year old, my wife and i all thorougly enjoyed it. i cant think of another movie in the same category that rivals it!

This is really a timeless classic of a film I enjoy watching it now and I enjoyed watching it when I was a kid. If you were born in the late 70's and 80's The Goonies should be a part of your collection. If it isn't the BUY IT NOW!

i decided to buy this item for my daughter as she saw half of it on tv and thought it was great after watching the full film she now thinks its fantastic and 1 of the best in her collection i reccomend this film to anyone who has children that love an adventure

Bought it for the kids. Great amount of humour and interest for them, with a touch of imagination thrown in. Would recommend buying.

This was the first film I ever saw at the cinema with my friends, but thats not the real reason for loving this movie! Its possibly the best old school movie to just lounge back on a rainy sunday afternoon. Switch off and be entertained! The story in short is, a family (well 2 brothers mainly) are having their family home taken away and will lose contact with all their friends, but wait can that old treasure map possibly help??? With colourful characters and a roller-coaster ride and reasonably deep plot line, your guaranteed to be kept entertained! So do the "truffle shuffle" and feed sloth his "baby root" bar and get yourself a copy of a classic!!

Perhaps one of the greatest childrens' films of all time. Superbly acted with a terrific story line, how can anyone not love it.
Through some sort of red tape it was years before it was released on DVD which was a great pity as an entire generation of prospective fans will have grown up without seeing it in all its glory.
Frankly, it is for children of all ages, and some of the humour is outstanding.
It was my introduction to Robert Davi, and I have been a fan ever since!!

I bought this DVD as a present for my husband it was in very good condition and i as very pleased with the DVD
