I bought this to get myself off the sofa and away from the fridge. I've already got a child and work full time so going to yoga and ante natal exercise classes wasn't going to happen. Luckily this DVD does the job, for much less money. The woman is American and her commentary put a smile on my face - trying to persuade pregnant women to have 'sexy hips'! The dance moves are fun and the yoga relaxing. I'm really enjoying doing it and definitely feel better afterwards. Have not had my baby yet but will be giving the post natal exercises a try.

I Love this dvd. its not too difficult to do and i really feel great afterwards. i am totally hooked to the salsa dancing :)
