Yamaha MCR-E400 CD Shelf System

This system is truly brilliant, a tribute to Yamaha's superior technology. Being pre-owned, it benefitted obviously from a speaker-wire upgrade. Also thought it was slightly lacking in Bass, but that's just me needing to have rib-rattling bass. Actually there is a logic to this, I do not play it at a very loud volume and therefore like a little 'kick' added to the sound. Found a nice Yamaha subwoofer to compliment it and all was good. The sound quality of this system is crystal clear. It features an excellent Tuner which has a beautiful blue 'intelligent' display which reeks of class, alongwith RDS. Very pleasing overall, this would make a great purchase for any music enthusiast, be it a Classic-FM listener, or a Disco diva.
