Album Notes Taking in 25 years of Francis Rossi led boogie-rock, this album captures all the hits from the band's career post 1970 (after the band gave up power-pop for blues rock). This collection works through their classic albums such as 'Rockin' All Over The World', 'Hello' and 'In The Army Now', and showcases their unique take on blues-fuelled classic rock. The album also contains the live favourite Beach Boys cover 'Fun Fun Fun'. | |||||||||

If you are a fan then I expect it is excellent. Review ID: 10000000002434982 Was this review helpful? Report this review 4 of 4 people found this review helpful. AS 'greatest hits' albums go, this is one of the best around. What Quo have done on here is mix chart hits with some album classics, which a lot of people have never heard. It brings to the occasional fan a 'new' side of Quo which you wouldnt have heard on the radio or Top Of The Pops. It also spans 4 decades, giving the listener a taste of how Quos sound has subtly changed over the years. So if youve found yourself tapping your foot to Rockin All Over The World in the past, or prefer the rougher sounds of Caroline or Down Down, its all here. Give this album a shot, you may find you like The Quo a lot more than you thought. Review ID: 10000000001885516 Was this review helpful? Report this review |
