OK so i've had it 3 days now, but i couldn't care, the thing is brilliant. I have 3 e-mail accounts running from it and can keep my eye on things that need to be watched on the web (websites i run etc), sync is handy as hell. now double typing or forwarding e-mails from one account to another so i can get details. diary kept up to date.
and that is the features i am most likely to use. the others are a bonus like reading documents/spreadsheets as well as composing
well worth the investment if you think you can get use from it, then you need this phone

I've had an XDA Mini-s for about 2 years now and decided to buy this one for my daughter.
despite the problems this unit has with freezing i'm confident that it can be resolved.
the mini-s itself does seem, certainly compared to mobile 'phones, quite a large piece of technology to be carrying around.
If you take into account however, the fact that with little or no effort, it could be used to generate spreadsheets, letters, presentations etc. and either produce them on the spot or deliver them to clients, customers or colleagues anywhere in the world, you can see that what in fact you are getting, with the capabilities possible, is indeed a very small piece of technology simply bursting with potential.
the slide-out keyboard does take a little getting used to but, with a little perserverance and thought, it can be worked out without the benefit of the instruction manual. (Yeah, it's a man thing, i know!)
personally, if they were to re-manufacture the mini-s with a better camera, a faster processor and more memory, then i would seriously consider buying one as i've found an xda that is small enouth to fit into my pocket while at the same time still large enough to remain functional.

exxcellent!despite its age this is still one of my favourite phones, a great touch screen and a nice qwerty keyboard great for quick typing, alot of programmes including ms office.its also reeeaaally good looking. !wifi! i could say alot more but i dont have time, anyway its a great phone, buy it. ;]

xda mini snot a bad older phone, upgraded to windows 6.5, easy to use and happy with all settings,bit of a brick compared to latest phones on market but excellent as a cheap alternative.

Great phone with WiFi and Internet browsingLove the keyboard - no more of those ridiculous predinosar text battles !
Battery life not bad - can run short on memory when loading up with apps.

Very satisfying phone
) I love this phone as it does all i wanted it to do with out much hassle. I was looking for a cheap PDA/Business phone that has WiFi, a physical keyboard and a camera. This suited the bill perfectly. A few bad things are: The way you connect to WiFi is less then intuitive and took me 3 days to work out how to do it. The not so good processor. I had to overclock the proccessor to get skype to work but it still doesn't work 100%. I love the fact that it runs windows mobile as it is so easy to use and i like the shortcut buttons spread around the phone. I would recomend it to anyone!

tweakers dreami got this phone because i've been after one for a while, the modding possibilities are endless
good sturdy design and easy to use keyboard (the keys are just the right size) make it a doddle to use and if you know what you're doing then you can set it up to run how you want.
it's a complete dream :D
