I decided to buy this item for a pensioner friend whose ancient washing machine had finally died and who could not afford a new replacement.
Although of good external appearance, unfortunately the item shows internal evidence of rough use, has broken parts, and does not work.
Negotiation is currently taking place to try to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
