CD Whats new Pussycat

Its one of the few films from the sixties that I remember thoroughly enjoying again and again over the years. Whenever it came up on TV, I made a point of watching it. I owned a tape of it back in the eighties, which was lost. Only recently did I consider seeking out a CD of it on eBay.
What makes it special is that madcap mixture of manic farce and swinging sixties morality. The casting is perfect, Peter Sellers as the insane psychiatrist, Peter Finch as the besotted lothario. Woody Allen, who also wrote the script, I believe. Ursula Andress and many other fascinating actresses all do their parts to make this a rollercoaster-ride sex-comedy which is essntially about men pursuing women, and women pursuing men. The futility of desire comes into it, along with escapism. On some levels it is quite deep. The setting in Paris is perfect for the story and it leaves me feeling just a bit envious. I wish that I had spent a year or two in Paris back then.!
