I like walking but I don't like walking in the wind/rain/snow/hail/fog/cold....typical British summer really! I wanted an exercise which would enable me to get up my heart rate, but not get too sweaty and red in the face, something that I didn't have to wear gym clothes for but would feel as if I had been for a brisk walk without going outside. I think this really fits the bill. Lorraine is at her chirpy, cherry best, and the instructor is thorough in her instructions without being condescending. It has a toning section for use with a dynaband, and a pilates/tummy section which are both a bit tacked on, but have a few decent moves in them. This won't help you win a marathon but it will get you moving around a bit in your front room
