Some excellent songs ... which have been edited onto the CD to ensure you smile and remember the film!!!
Music ane lyrics is a good girlie flick to be shared with good friends and good wine - and the CD is and excellent way to keep the memories of the film alive!!! Enjoy!!!

) I gather you're searching on this because you've: A) seen the movie and can't get the songs out of your head, OR, B)just loved the songs and are amazed that Hugh Grant can actually hold a tune, OR, C) are buying it to torment others by watching someone else go crazy with the songs in their head too! Pain is better shared in your book huh?
This album is so VERY SAW (Stock Aitken Waterman for you Gen Y'ers!) and as such winds itself around your brain 'til the songs are what you hear upon wakening and the more you to try to forget them, the more they come on like achey-breaky heart.
I'm lucky, I bought this as a cure for the achey-breaky-syndrome it inspired within my tormented mind - I am now cured! :) I like the lead songs though, so to you others who are being tormented, I recommend you buy it to stop the never-ending cycle of the songs! Enjoy the peace and quiet once you've bought it!! ;)

Surprisingly listenable if you liked the filmBought the CD mainly to irritate my daughter as having watched the film she felt the music was 'cheesy'. Surprisingly, both daughter and son decided they liked the CD as it reminded them of the comic bits of the film and they both now listen to it. Hugh Grant actually sings quite well on this.
If you liked the film it's probably worth getting the cd. If you are just buying the cd to see what it's like, it might be disappointing.

I love this cd! I fell in love with the songs after watching the film and just had to buy the cd! Its great as it has a mix of few poppy songs and love songs. A+++++

I was looking forward to seeing this DVD - I love anything with Hugh Grant in it, but I was slightly dissapointed. Drew Barrymore wasn't great alongside Hugh in this film - and he wasn't up to his usual standard.
Weak Script. The film had some amusing moments, but sadly left me feeling slighty dissapointed.

This CD includes all the great songs from the film unlike some soundtracks.
Both versions of the fantastic song - Way back into love - with my preferred version being Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant's.
For a Soundtrack the CD is great although I think if the songs were on their own without seeing the film then they could be a little weak. Such as 'POP goes my heart', I think this song is very catchy and amusing because of the film however if I hadn't seen the film I don't think I would appreciate it.
If you enjoyed humming along to the songs in the film then this would be an excellent buy for you!!
