Various Artists - Mamma Mia (The Movie Soundtrack) (CD 2008)

As soon as I got home from seeing the film I ordered this CD. The film was marvellous and the soundtrack helps relive it. My 8 year old grandson sings along in the car. Also takes me back to the ABBA days.

THERE WAS NOTHING TO DISLIKE ABOUT THIS CD. I HAVE BEEN TO SEE THE MOVIE, AND IT WAS BRILLIANT. THE SINGING WAS FANTASTIC, AND THE ACTING WAS GREAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL. YOU CANNOT HELP SINGING TO IT.

This is ideal to buy if you have seen the movie first. It brings back the film to mind in correct sequence order of scenes.

Would think if this is purchased without seeing the movie, one would be disappointed because the singing is not exactly up to Abba standad.

Saying that I thoroughly enjoyed the film and cd of the soundtrack !

Amazing film, amazing sound track. It took me right back to the cinema with all the women singing and the men cringing. Definatly worth buying A+++++

This is a fabulous CD. For those that havn't seen the film its a great CD of Abba songs, sung by unfamiliar artists.
For those that have seen the film, which incidently is brilliant, it takes you right back to each part of the film which leaves you with that feel good factor.
Well worth buying!

Really good songs with only a couple of poor ones, but great to listen to in the car and sing along.

Polecam gorąco, szkoda jednak ze nie ma tam chicki –ticka. ale to jedyny i bardzo mały minusik.

If you love the film or the stage show, then this is a "must" purchase, say no more. Buy it and live the moment.

I 100% loved this item. Having been told by many people Mamma Mia the film was not as good as critics said I decided to check it out myself. To be truthful I was worried, all my friends were telling me it was boring.
After a few hours of Mamma Mia I was finished and wow! It was amazing, so amazing it's currently my favourite film! But it's not the brilliant acting and storyline does, it's the music of course. All the songs played within the film are such catchy ABBA songs, no matter how many times you hear them you always find yourself singing. I had to have the CD and now I can't stop playing it which is ironic since before the film I was getting bored of hearing those same old ABBA songs. I love 'Lay your love on me' by Dominic and Amanda. The great thing about these songs is even if you're feeling down you just have to put on your CD, turn up the volume and song you'll be singing and dancing along.
The songs are all by the actors and I have to say I'm very impressed by their beautiful voices that add to the song. It's great to hear famous songs sung by someone different as well as sung well.
It's definately worth the money, no doubt!

Bought for my 3 year old & so far played every day (many times).
If this doesn't make you want to get up & dance, nothing will!

We love the film, we love the CD. We appreciate the booklet with the lyrics which comes with the CD. Great fun listening to while driving along in the car on long journeys!

If you've seen the film then you will love the CD. It has all the songs from the film including the deleted 'name of the game'. When you cannot get to the TV and need a fix in the car then this is for you. Love it!

After my 3 year old son watched the dvd approximately 15 times in around 4 days, He likes the songs and not the girlies (Honest!),I have given in and bought the CD for the car. Every journey to nursery he asks for his favourite Honey,Honey! Fantastic music. Great to sing along too.One of the best soundtracks I have listened to in a long time.

This CD has never been out of our car since we got it! Both my girls love singing along to each and every track.... great fun, sing for all.

What can I say? As a lover of Abba I was quite sceptical about the film and that there was going to be Pierce Brosnan singing!! But fortunately I was amazed at how well put together the film was and that the soundtrack that went with it was bordering on being better than the originals, Only one tiny downpoint is the omission of Chiquitita (one of my all time faves).
