Usher - Confessions (CD 2004)

Usher's 8701 was a great album. A good variation of songs and some great lyrics. Confessions is an album which tries to do the same, but just doesn't succeed as well. I found that a lot of the songs had very similar themes/sounds which can get a bit tiresome. It's not the only album to be like this, but I expected a lot more from Usher.

Some of the songs strike a real chord with you and will pull at your heart strings, and are well written/produced and performed. But an album that is entirely like this can be a bit too depressing. I always found his more hi-tempo offerings more appealing (maybe because I'm a male!), and there aren't enough on Confessions to keep me interested.

A decent album, but far from his best.

This is a really great album. It is a natural progression for usher from his 8701 album. This CD was highly successful in the charts and on the big screen, being used in films such as Hitch. The album was used both in nightclubs and restaurants, (thats how diverse it is). I really like putting this album on both to relax to and snuggle up on an evening, but also to do the housework too and dance around. It truely fits any occasion. The CD also tells you a story as it goes through the tracks like a life realisation. Its a real must for any CD collection. Excellent.

This album is a must for any R&B fan out there. if you havent heard of Usher then You should have because he is one of the best artists out there.

This cd has brough joy 2 my cd collection, its an old ish cd but, well worth a listen if ur an usher fan!

I bought thic cd because I just really like the songs that usher sings, I find that I can just chill out whilst listening to usher. He's great

a great album of great released album and adding to the already legendary usher portfolio

great album, usher's one of the most talented artists about. more of his love tunes with his touch of up-beat rnb. would recommend A+++

BEST r&b ALBUM EVER. THIS IS USHER AT HIS BEST AND I LOVE EVERY SINGLE TRACK, HONESTLY. I HAVE UNFORTUNATELY LOST MINE, SO AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER AT PRESENT.

i like usher and ddnt want to pay high street price for his cd so ebay was the way togo afetr reading the details and asking the buyer for info on the quality and legitimacy of the prodct i was goodto go.

I love this CD its got some great tracks on it and love to have it in my car all the time. i bought this CD as I sister put the CD on in my car one day and have loved it ever since. USHER...........what more do i need to say. He is a great singer, dancer and knows music!
