what can i say, great soundtrack, great sexy scenes, and fab fighter plane scenes. men at their best and worst. life for a pilot isn't all in the air.

In Top Gun, you are following the story of a young pilot during war time who is sent off to Top Gun, the place where the best of the best compete againts each other, and the romance between him and a lady working for the government.

I can safely say that this is a great film, and I believe that both man and women will enjoy Top Gun. Theres plenty of action crammed in, with a great story line to compliment it.

Watch Tom Cruise and his fellow pilots dog fight, fall in love, and crash and burn, literally.

This should normally be the part where I should say what I thourght the negatives of the fill where, but I cant think of any. Action is great, lots of cool scenes of daring flying. Great story line, mixing the life of a pilot and his love affair. Great acting, really feel the emotion between the characters.

In conclusion, Top Gun should be in everyones DVD collection, and you may want to hold on to it as you might find yourself watching it over and over.

Definetly a recommended purchase!

Full of action with F-14 fighters and aircraft carriers.

Always been a favourite of mine but this version with widwscreen and 5:1 surround sound is brilliant.

I decided to buy this film on Ebay after my Mum told me it was an 'amazing' film and that I would absolutley love it.
It was an absolutley amazing film and I would definetley watch it again and I would reccomend it to anyone!

Top Gun is superb.
Excellent flying scenes with super fast jets for him. Soppy love scenes, with Tom Cruise, for her.
And a fantastic rock based soundtrack for everyone to enjoy.
Follows the story, as if you did not know, of a a maverick, fly by the seat of his pants pilot, who goes up against the best of the best at a top pilot flying school.

this is a classic film and no matter how many times you watch it you dont get bored,
ideal film if you like fighter jets etc,
has some humour and some soppy bits in and the sad bits as well.

highly recommend this film.

Great movie obviously, dvd has loads of behind the scenes footage of Tom Cruise and the cast, training and much more. Looks like it was filmed this week!!! Brilliant

I bought this for my boyfried as he has been going to buy it for ages. He loves the film but only had it on VHS so he wanted it on DVD.

top gun = worst film i have ever seen, it is pathetic, trashy american junk... does not deserve to be a classic

Topgun is a great film anyway but this DVD gives you an insight to the making of the movie and it's stars it has behind the scenes, commentary, 4 music video's and original trailers for the film { didn't know there were so many}and interviews with the actors although the down side is you don't see much of Tom cruise saying his thoughts on the film but you do see Val Kilmer and the rest of the backing actors plus loads of other extra's over four hours worth.

If you loved Topgun anyway and Tom cruise this is a must a film for both the lads and the girls.
Te lads will like the action while there's enough naked flesh and romance with Tom cruise to keep the ladies intereasted I thought this film was a bargain and a must have you haven't heard of topgun or seen it you must...
The packaging is excellent a lot of thought has gone in to making it. it also has a booklet inside with loads of photo's and history of the film and why they chose certain actors etc...

i really do love this film one main reason is because tom cruise is in it and he looks so hot but i also like the soundtracks and the film itself.i decided to buy it as i always borrowin it off friends and i wanted to own a copy myself...excellant film!

i liked the film when it first came out and thought it would be nice to have the new 2 disc edition for my collection
