not customizable, very little tech support up to now, no updates, poor mapping software not very accurate, voice prompts are unreliable, 3d navigation is confusing, no additional poi or voices, included poi's are poor in quality or quantity.

Has some very good features including fast lock on, plays vids and mp3, clear voice, TMC facility,sturdy build with a good suction mount.

I suggest:

search forums, do your research, try and get it unlocked and install a decent software such as tomtom, manufactures reckon they will release a route 66 vesion but when is a wild guess

Dead easy to set up. Dead easy to get the bluetooth working with my phone. Maps are generally accurate and the screen is easier to follow than my old satnav.
Only bad thing is- I can't get the traffic info to work with my blackberry pearl 8100.

i was dssapointed with the quality when compared with my previous garmin sat nav i decided to buy it because it had bluetooth included in the device i was dissapointed that the maps were out of date and the postal charges were outrageous

This is a great product! But it can be expensive! I'm glad I found www.freeiphoneforme.co.uk where I got mine for free :)

My personal recommendation is the Coral offer as it is quick, easy and only costs £5.

I like the tomtom because. It works fast, it helps me find roads quickly. I bought it from ebay because. It was far cheaper than in the shops. Ebay is the best way to shop. I have bought loads. And there has only been one item i was not very happy with.

European maps not included as stated in advert and on box. Arrived promptly but packaging not intact although contents fine.

I am really pleased with the Tom Tom it was delivered 1st class and was here to me in time for Christmas. I have used it lots of times getting to and from London. 1st Class service from the seller!
