Thomas And Friends - The Great Discovery (DVD)

The new music and style for thomas is nice and refreshing although it makes it feel much older than it is. Pierce Brossnan makes a very good narrator and Voice for Thomas, the quality of the footage is superb and its nice to see the new shiny engines that show up. Glad to see they have'nt ruined thomas no computer effects or cgi except in the menu and beginning titles.

A very gentle relaxing movie with some nice sing along songs for everyone to join in. My son loved it as do I. A very happy movie, with a good story and happy ending with dvd extras including a dvd game my son loves playing with me.

Also it has an advert showing off the wonderful new ThomasLand they have opened a big theme park. I am taking my son there later this year!

All In all a very good childs movie suitable for all ages.

I purchased this for my Thomas mad son!
As usual the songs are catching and attention grabing (esp the rap at the end) for a young child, although Pierce Brosnan's narating is a little disappointing. Great storyline also.

Bought for a "Thomas mad" 6 year old...Loved the story, and was totally engrossed. The only thing I found odd was the narrating by Pierce Brosnan after being so used to hearing Ringo Starr for so long!! (Didnt take anything away from the film though)
