Album Notes On its debut album, the Canadian synthesizer and keyboards duo I Am Robot And Proud makes pretty, delicate, instrumental electronic music with occasional interjections by wooden instruments--music that wouldn't sound out of place on a sensitively written TV sitcom. Charming and bell-like, with unobtrusive synthetic percussion, tracks like the gentle "Save Your Neck, Save Your Brother" (its title a quote from the Band's "The Shape I'm In"), "Center Cities," and the acoustic guitar-accompanied "Neil Lake" make for relaxing, unobtrusive listening.
