...In many ways, T-Bone Walker was the Charlie Christian of the blues, for he helped greatly to popularize the electric guitar and was a brilliant player whose solos and sextets (which often utilized two horns) crossed over into jazz at times....this is a definitive reissue that essentially documents the birth of the modern electric blues...
