The Beatles - The Beatles Anthology Vol.1 (CD 1995)

Absolutely love this CD. Quite endearing to hear them talking and laughing when they forgot the words and the banter between them.Young, raw talent - Fabulous. I did'nt know this double CD existed - wow what a find. Love it. I was a 60's Beatle Fan and this is a must.

Excellent for Beatle Lovers and those new to them. But a shameless commercial venture that John would have been very sceptical of.

Look if you are a beatle fan and most people are then why hav'nt you got this Cd in your collection. History in the making some would say. Go on buy Volume 2 & 3 as well.

What can you say that hasn't already been said about the worlds most innovative group. in an age of 'plaspop' this is the refreshing breeze, love 'em or hate 'em you certainly can't ignore their impact, particularly Stateside. no Beatles - no 60's -period.

What more can you say about the beatles that has'nt already been said?Well 4 a start its an essential purchase for any music fan that has ever heard a beatles record and stopped to listen to it.there's some classic songs on here plus alternative versions,some of which hav'nt been released before.The sound quality is perfect so you dont have to go and buy overpriced copy's or bootlegs!I bought this collection as i am a beatles fan and have the other two anthologys.there's also some live songs on these cd's which show how good the beatles where and how ahesd of there time they where.

I was a teenager in the 1960's and had a lot of the beatles music but over the uears I have either lost or had stolen my record collection so I am trying to replace it and I spotted this one and thought it would be good to have it as part of my CD collection.

Perfect, excellent, words cant describe this album, bought for my partner who gets inspiration to write his songs from these guys and the Door's, even i liked it and i wouldnt call myself a "Beatle fan"
