An Everymans guide to this DVD
) Ann Robinson does a hellava job making you dislike her,so annoying,so smug.
The questions are tough on the Great British Quiz,the IQ test is good as you get your score without running the risk of public humiliation.

Sue`s reviewVery clever and instant results. But didn`t like the annoying music and red cubes of UK which kept flashing up between sections. I enjoyed the television programmes but missed a few so good to get this DVD.

I bought the DVDs as I am a quizaholic. One DVD is a British general knowledge quiz with a wide range of questions and the other an IQ test using vocabulary, numeracy, memory, patterns and so on. Both are good fun and can be played by one player or a group of players. All questions have a time limit which adds to the challenge.
I was, however, disappointed to find that there are no answers. As I am not British I thought I might pick up some information in a fun way, but unfortunately at the end there was a score without further information. And of course, being a timed game, the DVD can't be paused to write question and answers for confirmation elsewhere. A website was given in the blurb on the box but I couldn't find any reference to the quiz there.
So if you love a quiz and don't mind not knowing the answers, go ahead and have some fun!

I brought this as I love the TV Programme. This is great game for either the whole family or for single players. The games are straight forward and easy to play. I found that there was a mixture of hard and easy questions, making me challenge my knowledge.

Definately one of the better dvd games. Highly reccomend can be played alone but better againgst someone especially the bighead who thinks they know everything it's a real mixed bag so everyone has a chance.

You had to wait till the very end to find out if you got it right and someone had to take al the answers down in pen well u are as well not using a dvd and do the old fashioned board game then.
no fun in this at all was a complete wate of money and it will likely never come back out of the box.

I and my family particularly enjoy the show and there is nothing better to have fun but learn at the same time. Some of the questions can obviously be tricky and typical in any DVD Interactive game they can be repeated as questions are asked in a random nature but the questions flow quickly and there are no faults with the disc and well worth the purchase! Highly recommend.

This is something I've wanted for a while now. It's a British "Classic" that I'm afraid they don't make anymore (well, not in my opinion). It's a great movie, portraying life in the late sixties, both funny and sad, but most of all, realistic. It makes you wonder how people managed to entertain themselves without computers and electronic games, not a mobile phone in sight either.
It brings back memories of my own childhood, although not as extreme as portrayed in Kes. Or perhaps it's just that I remember watching it for the first time as a young man.
I'd reccommend it, a truly great film.
