i loved the music way back in the 80s this is the reason why i purchased the tears for fears greatest hits cd.

I love this CD! It usually gets played on a Sunday morning as part of my chilling out routine, maybe it's my age, or maybe it's just a great piece of 80s Nostalgia. 5*

Having sold all my old cassette tapes , this was one item i have been having trouble to get hold of in my cd collection. If you were born in the early seventies you would of heard of the band Tears For Fears in the eighties with classic hits such as Everybody wants to rule the world, Woman in chains , Mad world and Pale shelter. This is a must have for anybody who enjoys Hit music.

What happened to 'tears for fears' with quality tunes and vocals that are on offer in this CD it amazes me that we no longer hear off them. Todays tunes are Dull and void of any ' self inspiration' as shown with all the 'cover versions' that are out at the moment. If you want to chill & listen to a quality CD with memorable tunes then buy this one.

Having recently watched Donnie Darko again I was remined of one of my all time favourite tracks 'Head Over Heels' and decided that I must get a CD copy of this album (this track not on soundtrack), having had it on tape previously. Tears for Fears made some really good music back in the day and this collection brings together a lot of their finest moments (and maybe a couple of some of their not so good ones!).

The whole album is in my opinion very good. The one track i bought it for is woman in chains. I will never tire of hearing it ,and my tummy flips every time it plays. Pure genius !

Iconic tunes with masterful lyrics, well paced and free flowing album. Curt and Roland always knew how to run with the trend, by setting it. Classic compilation, a good addition to any collection.

A great album from a great band. Classics such as 'Woman in chains' and 'Everybody wants to rule the World'. Despite the passing of time the lyrics have not dated. Well worth adding to your CD collection.

I had (I don't know why) forgotten about this band until I saw their album on eBay. I have listened to it tonight, and rolled back the years to the eighties when I was young, in love, and thought I could rule the world. It seems like it was only yesterday - where have the years gone? I will treasure this brilliant album, and the memories it has brought flooding back to me of a momentous time in my life.

I already have every track on this cd but am an avid TFF collector so it was just to add to the rest of there albums.
A cd full of all the old favorites from change to sowing the seeds of love.
The book insert is cool as is the artwork on this compilation.
All in all another TFF classic cd.

Can't say a great deal about this as I bought it as a birthday present for my son, so I have not opened it. His birthday is next week. However it was much more convenient to locate the CD on ebay rather than searching local music shops. Almost all my purchases have arrived within 48 hours of purchase and this was no exception.

Loved the memories this CD brought as I knew the artists. A nice disc for all who remember that 80's period.

All the hits are here on this greatest hits compilation spanning from 1982 to 1992.
I prefer Tears for fears earlier work and songs like 'Pale Shelter','Change' and 'Mad World' stand out on this collection and still stand the test of time some 25 years later.

If you are any Tears for fears fan then this cd is a must with all the classic songs on.
Go on treat yourself to a fantastic cd.

Great price for an item my friend had wanted for a long time.
Cd in great condition, however the case was partially scratched but no matter.
Arrived a few days after purchase, well protected in casing.

Buyers beware although this transaction went without problem take heed if an is too good too be true then there is a good possibility it is. Even if the seller has a 100% feedback rating procede with caution. Make sure you have an authentic address and phone number, if they don't accept paypal don't bother and if possible use a credit card that way you have somebody to approach if you do not receive the item you paid for. I tell yhou this based on my own experience at the end of the day you can end up being mugged and the only person they will blame is you.

When I heard the track "Woman in Chains" on the radio a few weeks ago it gave me goosebumps listening to it! It features the voice of Oleta Adams and the way the music and vocals build throughout the track is powerful. I absolutely loved it and had to have it so I searched on ebay to find the CD it featured on. I bought the CD "Tears Roll Down" and was not disappointed because every track on this Greatest Hits compilation is wonderful. I had forgotten what an excellent band Tears For Fears are/were and how memorable their hits are. The musical production on the CD is superb, these guys are truly talented.
If you don't have this in your CD collection you don't know what you're missing! My 5 year old son is a new convert and is already singing along to it!!

they were a very good band. The lyrics to their songs are really good. I started my cd collection years ago and I think the old bands are the best. You know you can always go on ebay and find the product you are looking for.

I was well chuffed with this purchase in particular because it was so cheap and when it arrived(very quickly)it was exactly how the seller had described it ie in excellent condition.
