Tarzan (DVD)

I has thisfilm on Video and used to watch it with my first daughter, and we loved it, now my second daughter us old enough to watch films i brought it on DVD. Great Story and the characters are all good in there own way.

An excellent movie to watch with your small children. A must to those who likes Tarzan and the link between the jungle and the "civilisation".

great film lovely theme and music. children will love the pictures. very funny even for the adults who love the disney movies.

An amazing film.

Great film for all age groups to enjoy.

The music by Phil Collins works so good with the film, make's you feel like your there and you can feel the tension

This is a must buy, especially if you have any children.

Having converted most of my old video collection to DVD I was thrilled to find this film gem in digital format. If you watch this in widescreen format, it really does the battle scene great justice; coupled with surround sound, you'll be gripped by the amazing cinematography. I would recommend the director's cut that includes scenes about the relationship between the lead character and his estranged wife and helps you to understand the motivation behind his decision. The run time is 183 minutes for the directors cut and 120 minutes for the cinema version. I was, however, disappointed by the lack of extras, which any fan of this classic would expect to be included. There's only a 20-minute interview with the director and other shot "making-of

A wonderful film which kept my 4 year old (who loves the film) and my 8 year old (who loves the extras) very entertained. I have seen this movie many, many times now, and never bore of it. My 4 year old can quote most of the lines!! Fantastic scenes and charaters and beautiful music. An excellent family film.
If you are a soft hearted mum, you may well cry at the relationship between Tarzan and his Gorilla mother.

i bought this item off ebay, the reason for doing this was tto save time going to the shops the price was within the range i was willling to pay and arrived within a few days of purchase. i had a price range set out for the dvd for my son and biddedd within this range as the deadline grew closer my bid was still leading then the confirmation came through and what a feeling to tell your son i have got what you have been asking for so both of us happy and the seller also happy everyone a winner. then i paid through paypal and within a few dyas the parcel was delivered well packed and sealed and once opened gave my son hours of viewing delight.

A disney classic, what more can i say! All disney films are good and this is one of the best. 5/5.

as a doting grandparent with 7 grandaughters, i needed to get them a dvd they would all watch,this was one of their favourites..
they all watch it,over and over,they love it,i must admit i love the talking elephant and the monkey..i can see a career there.

great dvd very entertaining for all the family. Both my 6yrs girl and my 2yrs boy enjoyed. Nothing scary!

Fantastic film for young children.Great animation and music,my son loves this film.Some parts may be a little too scary for the under 3's

am collecting special edition dvd disneys can add this one to my collection. Really like the price i paid for the item and would consider buying more other disney specila edition dvds at this price.

I have my young grandson, come to stay with me one day a week and he was brought up on the Disney, Baby Einstein series and I knew he liked visual effects with an element of music, so I have bought a number of Disney films for him. Does he like it? YES. Does his grandad like it? YES I DO. Music by Phil Collins and quality Disney style makes Tarzan great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for people of all ages

I purchased this dvd to replace another one we had, as my two little boys had watched this film over and over again, wearing out the dvd. It is a classic love tale told in a classic disney way. Enjoyable for all the familt not just children. We love it in my household.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY TODDLER AS HE LOVES TARZAN. BUT I FEEL DISNEY HAVE NOT MADE THIS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY, WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE GRAPHICS AND EFFECTS. THIS FILM IS NOT UP TO SCRATCH WITH TARZAN OR TARZAN 2.

I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter. It was brand new and still in its packaging and at such a bargin price for a Disney film, so the ideal buy!!

My little boy loves watching Tarzan. Throughout the film and even when its finished he likes to pretend hes Tarzan as well. So this DVD gets an excellent rating as it keeps us both entertained !!
