Tartan Pipes And Drums (CD)

You would think, would you not, that with a title of "Tartan Pipes and Drums", the contents of this CD would consist of Scots Pipe and Drum bands. You would be WRONG. I had expected pipe and drum bands playing marches, when in fact the CD consists of BRASS BANDS. Admittedly there are the odd bagpipes sounding amongst the brass, but it is most definitely NOT "pipes and drums" - it is actually "pipes and drums and a lot of other instruments as well." Most disappointing.
