Tangerine Dream - Phaedra (CD 1995)

you should get this cd if you like, Klaus Schulze, (Irrilcht or Black Dance), or if you enjoy ASH ra Tempel. if you like creating you own reality thru auditory dreamscapes, like wot i do, this cd comes recommended.
this cd is as good as Zeit, or Rubycon.
this cd is like a ghostly pirate ship travelin' thru the fjords ov your mind.
phaedra makes me think of the film " time bandits ".

This album is almost 40 years old, but as you listen, it tapes into the future.

many moons ago i used to work for virgin , i remember being in the room when the records were being melted for the phaedra advertising posters ! i also helped as a roadie on the cathedral tour , what memories a .
what of the music i hear you say ...well first off you have to remember that T dream were around for a long time befor this album , being members of the berlin school had various releases on the omm and brain lables . phaedra was a mile stone in synth music , it soared up the album charts , everybody suddenly new what a 101 ,303 909 , ms2000 , moog , not that anybody new then how to control then ! then along came the attari & cubebase .
T dream are still out there in the for front of synth music , everything they have ever recorded is worth an earfull . other solo project to look out for is aqua and epslion in malasian pale .get youself on oil projector ( 49.99 off e bay ) and go enjoy . turn on... tune in... and drop out .
