good movie, it is a bit confusing at point but i wond recomd it to people. very cheap price, afordable. many thanks

I'm not a massive fan of Angelina Jolie, but she's great in this film. Ethan Hawke is underrated too. A dark serial killer flick, interwoven with suspense, gore and a twist that will leave you both reeling and smiling at the end. This will have you gripped from the beginning, with such sudden violence and then a calm before the storm. Dark and thoughtful throughout, don't miss this!

(Extras included a gag reel, which is a bit surreal, and it seems Angelina Jolie just wasn't destined for 7 years bad luck, no matter how hard she tried :-)) I bet you're intrigued now...

I was impressed by the acting and the story in this engrossing Movie.It's a new twist on the serial killer theme,totally unecpected ending,and it's a MUST SEE Movie,no worries.I don't want to spoil it by relating the story,but it's not in the usual serial killer blood & guts genre,it's more than that,one of the best in the genre,and Angelina Jolie with Josh Hartnett are tremendous in the lead roles.

best thriller i've seen for many a year, keeps you guessing, definiteley not the usual drivel served up these days!

Excellent film starring angie jolie, real whodunnit thriller with a twist in the tale. A little confusing at first but everything soon slots into place in no time. Well worth watching!

I'm not an Angelina fan to be honest but I thought she was really really good in this. So was Ethan Hawke (sigh!) It had me glued to the screen, even pausing the film to even answer the phone, comfort breaks. I was not expecting the twist at the end. It's definitely one I'll watch again and again. Glad to have it in my collection. Quality of DVD and packaging was first class

My partner and I watched this at 5am the other morning after being woken by the 9month old demon in the nursery. It made getting up that early worth while. Riveting plot, top class acting and a plot that was easy to follow for the sleep deprived parent. Being a thriller buff myself I found the twist easy to see, though I was only three quarters right in the end. All in all I suggest you watch this when you get the chance.

I heard on other reviews that it was good... and it was! very good story line with a good and unexpected ending! a couple of predictable moments though, but than that, worth the buy!

Bought to replace video. Excellent crime drama with great cast. Fast moving and keeps you on the edge of your seat with a great twist at the end! Full marks.

I bought 'Taking Lives' on DVD as I'm a fan of Angelina Jolie. This is not one of her best movies but Angelina still performs brilliantly throughout, as do the other actors. The plot contains a few twists with a big surprise at the end, the first time I watched this I hadn't guessed the ending at all..I won't say too much, I'll give it away!
It's a thrilling film and keeps your attention. The only thing I dislike about it is, when you've watched it once, you already know the plot twists!!

I absolutely loved this film, i love thrillers anyway so i knew this would be my scene. The acting is brilliant and theres an unexpected twist. I have watched this film previously before buying off ebay, but i liked it so decided to buy!
