
Tai Chi for Beginners
I wanted something to strengthen my muscles and relax me. This dvd is superb it is very easy to understand and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax, remain supple. Tai Chi is an ancient form of relaxation practised all over the world especially in the far east. Any one of any age can do this from 6 to 100, age is no limit and if you dont want to go and join a club you can do it at your own pace in the comfort of home. There are movements you can do sitting down too.
