TTI Tech TX-1446 (8 Channels) Two Way Radio

This is an excellent PMR radio. OK it may not be a cheap radio but it is a quality item. Many PMR'S on the market are of low price and quality, this moves up the scale in build quality and price. All legal PMR's are limited to 500mw so that being said lets have a look at the other things. This radio is built to be used, it will easily slip into a pocket and go all day and longer on one charge. The receive quality is excellent and much better than some high priced ones I have tried, it has more setting than most people will ever use including a low transmit level of 100mw for short range and extended battery life. Bad points, not actually found any but you may have a problem with the asking price without having a regular use to justify the expence.
