The Sword In The Stone (DVD 2002)

thisfilm was made in the 60s and is not really known that well by children today but i think it is the best film that walt disney has ever done, just looking at the animation , the personality of the characters you can tell that they really worked hard and did a good job, i can think of a bad thing to say about the film other than its amazzing

Yet again Disney manage to capture the magic in this classic film "the Sword in the stone" a great film even after all these years my 10 yr old loved it. The classic tale is told beautifully and the characters are amusing. The tale portrays the era brilliantly and so children can learn a little about it's time in history without realising they are learning.
As a mum of 3 I remembered watching this many years ago and am now trying to collect all of the classic disney films for my children to enjoy. I was so fond of them all in my youth. I was unsure as to whether my son would like it with all the computer generated films that are available now but he thoroughly enjoyed it.
All in all a great timeless family film suitable for all ages light hearted and comical.

This film is one of disney classic, you can't hear the word sword in the stone without it bring memoires of our childhood.
It is fun and enjoyable to watch and you never get tried of it.

The dvd was of good quality and really clear. Grand son was able to enjoy now end of fun. The quality viewing of the dvd was excellant all the way through ( so my grandson said ha ha ).

Disney films appeal to all ages so my whole family enjoyed this film. Easy watching with a simple message - do not write anyone off especially because of age. A message for us all.

Kids loved it. Watched twice in the same day. Great fun for all the family !! One of Disneys early DVD's but the story is great, the characters fun & all the history to get them involved in too.

This is one of Disney's classic cartoon movies and is highly recommended to the young of all ages. It deserves to be in the top ten allong with Peter Pan and The Jungle Book.

I bought this a birthday present for my sister as she is trying to collect all the disney films, have to say at the age of 20 i still laugh at this film! so sweet and hilarious at the same time!

i bought this dvd as it is a classic disney film which i have enjoyed since childhood and have always wanted to own. i enjoy the songs in it and the "fight" scene at the end is just hilarious! there is not one part of this film is dislike, i could watch it over and over again without getting bored.

i brought this disney classic for my daughter as i had it and i loved it! it is hard to get any of the disney products especially the older ones. my daughter loves to watch it and so do i!

We brought this DVD because we have a 3 year old daughter that loves all childrens films and watches them over and over again the above said DVD came through very quick and has proved a big hit she has watched and enjoyed it time and time again.
