Twenty-two years ago, Sam and Dean Winchester lost their mother to a mysterious and demonic supernatural force. As a result, their father, John, raised the brothers to be soldiers. He taught them about the paranormal evil that lives in the dark corners and on the back roads of America...and he taught them how to kill it. Sam, however, wanted nothing to do with this violent and dangerous life, and he left it behind, until the day Dean appeared on his doorstep with troubling news. Their father had gone missing on a "hunting trip." Sam and Dean have spent the last year cruising the highways of the United States in their 1967 Chevy Impala, searching for their lost father and encountering creatures that most people believe exist only in folklore, superstition and nightmares. Along the way, they have battled the various supernatural threats - and each other as well, for their sibling rivalries and conflicts were never far from the surface. Finally, they found their father, just as he was closing in on the Demon who claimed their mother.

Great picture quality, enjoyed series so it was great to relax and watch these episodes again. These discs contain the final battle with the Yellow Eyed Demon. They also contain a Gag Reel, and comments from the directors, writers
and producers. Great Value too. Must collect the rest now.
Nothing to dislike at all.

Good characters, funny scripts and enjoyable entertainment. Always handy to have a series of a program to watch when bored on a dark windy night. Friends and relatives like to watch them also and saves them money on hiring or buying to.

This series is amazing.If you havent watched sam and dean in action fighting every kind of demon then you havent seen anythin.sometimeskeeps you on the edge of your seat and often surprises with what happens to the characters.you can never guess whats coming next.

After seeing Season 1 on TV and then buying it I just had to buy Season 2. Supernatural keeps you on the edge of your seat and each Series is well thought out. Brilliant acting, cannot wait for Season 3 to be released in August.

Great end to a terrific series. Lots of Great 'Dean' One Liners. One of the best series around at the moment. Violent, funny, clever and sexy. Damn those fit demons. Buy It Now

I had not seen these when they were on tv (i work lates) but a friend told me all about it and i though okay i'll have a watch so after borrowing her copy i became hooked well i must say its a great series spooky, sometimes sad, sometimes funny and well the two boys in it Dean and Sam are very easy on the eye which always helps

My advice if you have not watched, it start watching i love it now and have just brought the firsta and second series.

only one thing 2 say best thing on telly never it has everything 2 horror comedy romance and thriller best show never made

I am a massive fan of this show and have been for a couple of years now - largely down to the mix of scares and laughs this show provides. Not mentioning of course the two main actors on the show - both Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are both more than a little easy on the eye, as is Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays their father. The music on the show is pretty cool too - right up my street! I bought this dvd set as I was lacking these episodes in my collection and I missed them on the T.V.! I immensely enjoyed them (particularly the episode Heart. If you're familiar with that episode, I'll give you one good guess why! It's all about Jared and that scene! I won't say any more if you haven't seen it!)
