Sugababes - Change (CD 2007)

The continuing success of the Sugababes – the acceptable face of manufactured pop – is cause for celebration, even if they now have a lower percentage of original members than some cabaret-circuit groups of the 1960s. The faces may change, the producers may change, but the ability to turn out superior hits remains remarkably constant. So, let’s not be too churlish about the fact that the ballads are even slushier and more inconsequential than on previous albums, or that there’s nothing here to match the songwriting sophistication of Ugly. When they get the right beat behind them – as on About You Now – Keisha, the new one and the one who replaced that other one remain a formidable hit-fronting operation.

The only sugababes album i did'nt buy as soon as it came out, had a urge to buy it to complete the collection and it only cost me a pound something and it came the next day i think, so all is cool. xx

lost my other 1 and didn;t want to buy it full price just incase i find it lol and i love the sugar babes this has got to be the best album they have ever done.

This is a great album from the sugababes with all there current single hits on it, as far as ime concerned there's no bad tracks at all on it,which is unusual for an album,i bought it secondhand on ebay as the saving on new price made it a bagain, and it was as good as new anyway.

Wanted this for a while,but totally refuse to pay shop prices,Sugababes cd is now about my 1600th odd cd,thats all I buy,eBay comes in so handy for that.Album itself is pretty good stuff,bit girly in some sections,but pretty amazing in others,its already spawned a few top ten hits...well recommended CD.....Madnixter

I had already purchased this CD for myself, I had purchased tickets to see the Sugababes in Derby in May so I brought the CD for my friend to get her in the mood for there concert. It's a fantastic CD, we Love it.

decided to buy as i have all the other one's, love denial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!These girls just get better and better and did you know that most of the album was co-wrote by the three of them, fantastic.

I'd better let my daughter review this, but I'm quite sure she's over the moon with it.
I think it is quite a pleasant CD, quite a soft sound.

I like Sugababes and I've wanted the album for a while. I thought it was a good price, so i bought it. It was delivered quite quickly which is always good. The case was slightly damaged but the cd is fine. All in all I am satisfied.

I BOUGHT IT FOR MY DAUGHTERS AND SINCE IT HAS ARRIVED THEY HAVE IT ON EVERY DAY.

i've been a true sugababes fan ever since i first heard them and there work continue's to shine again and again.I brought this cd because i just could'nt live life without it.and as for dislike's i would never even consider the fact of not liking the sugababes would be a very serious crime to commit.I hope this review helps any other people decide to like the sugababes as much as i do and i also know that it will help any other sugababes fan's because they'll be just like myself.

Brought the album as a Christmas present to myself as usually my husband is completely useless buying me presents.

Very speedy delivery and well packaged

Thought that this album was brill, one of their best yet. All of the songs are great so you do not have to skip to the good ones, you can listen to the album all through

i think this group is very good and they are realy good singers they look very good i have liked them for a very long time thay sing all there songs very well

Their sound takes a different turn with this album, and I myself don't like it as much. There are still traces of the Sugababes previous hits in it, but on the whole its rather average. After a few listens it improves, but there aren't really any stand out songs. Very average.

I like this new album from the sugababes because as usual with their albums they have some excellent pop tracks which you just can't helping singing along to, like "about you now", and then when you are in the mood for relaxing they have the slower songs like "change".
My two girls also like listening to it in the car.

Great mix of uptempo and slower tracks, by and large all up to usual sugababes standards, certain tracks stand out as future singles - never gonna adance again and my love is pink obvious contenders. If you like what you've heard on the radio/itunes buy it you won't be disappointed.

Another great album by the Sugababes. Every song on the CD is super. Most albums you buy theses days have only a few songs that you like, when listening to the whole CD. I think that the Sugababes will be here for a long time yet.

Don't be put off by track 5 - Change - if you don't like it from the charts. There are loads of tracks that are much better. This has kept me going many mornings on the way to work and I love it... It has a different feel to some of their earlier stuff but is well worth buying, especially if you were a fan back in the day.

This is a brilliant album with both current chart singles on it plus much much more. I love the new single Change and the album is full of typical sugababe material. Really would recommmend that you buy it. Well done girls!!!
