The real adaptation of Stephen Kings 'The Shining'

From start to finish this production of the shining provides quality entertainment, largly due to the fact that, unlike its film counterpart, it adheres closley to the book from which it gets its name.
Stanley Kubricks adaptation of the popular novel, the shining, from the popular author, Stephen King, was severly lacking in content from the book, lacking in a good all round cast and so lacking in the entertainment that it offered. This tv series adaption sticks closly to the book, leaving in all the gloriouse 'chlls and thrills' and uses a great cast who fit pefectly into their roles as Jack, (played by Steven Weber), the father who slowly breaks down under the evil force of the hotel, Wendy, (played by Rebecca de Mornay) as the storng wife who is feircly protective of her son and Danny, (played by Courtland Mead), the son with the 'shining' who is the goal of the hotel, but also the one most aware of its horrifing past.
This is a product for any true fan of Stephen King, horror films or even just classic moments in tv history.
