Not too soppy uni reminiscing.
So I'm a little baised as I was actually an extra in this film (yep, last scene where he's running through the protesters I'm the girl in the white batwing jumper, blink and you'll miss it).
The film is ok, there are some pretty good laughs and also some pretty awful cringes, James McEvoy does a good turn as per usual and it is great to see Catherine Tate in another straight role.
Ridley Scott wont be shaking in his boots, but all in all this is enjoyable to watch and have a laugh too.
Oh, and the soundtrack is great, despite the fact that the film is set in 1985 and contains songs from like 1987.
