Starsky And Hutch - Series 2 - Complete (DVD 2004)

it is a great series, takes me back to my younger days. Almost like watching a james bond movie --escapeism at its best . Would like to be able to purchase series 1. Makes todays tv look poor in comparision, no bad language and no gratious violence.

As for the show Starsky & Hutch as with most people I grow up with this show that even thaw was not the 1st cap show it did set the standards for the cap shows to come and not just cap shows , dealing with series staff from child abuse to drag addiction thaws 2 caps still manages to end every episode with a smile ( must say I miss that in some of the resent shows ) .
I don't think there is a country in the world were this show was not broadcast at one time or another .
So if you like 70ts TV , police shows which has caps with morality you don't see in cap shows now days ( well almost not ), TV which is for entertainment and fun.
Go get thaws DVDs.

have not long received this series and i have already watched four of the episodes and to be honest i forgot just what a good show starsky and hutch was.i would recomend this series to anyone and i intend to try and obtain the 1st series now.i sure do like their car.

We're of an age when this series was the hottest thing on TV. We tried to watch the new film version, but it was so bad we only managed 10 minutes. The original guys mixed drama with humour...........and pulled it off. If you ever watched the original Starsky & Hutch then relive your teenage years with a bit of good, old fashioned police drama. in the days when it was actually okay to fight back if you were threatened, when the good guys always won, when no offensive language was used on TV. If you were too young at the time, watch it too for the same reasons. Yes it was corny, but it was also fun.

I bought this item simply because we like "classic" television like "Starsky and Hutch" amongst others. And will be buying more.

Another trip down memory lane....& it was just as good as I remembered it the first time round. Will diffenitly be getting series 3 when we've finished watching this one.

i just love the show i enjoyed the second series it was just as good as the first it has a lot of celebrites in it and dont they look young i seen the film with owen wilson in it even though they had an excellent match with the characters i wish the original stars could have done it it would of been nice to see what they would have being doing now even though they made an appearence at the end a must for all fans i actually sat in a starsky and hutch car at an american car show what a lovely car and it was big it made my day.

Remember the mid 70's, well this took me right back, fully restored and the car is still the star.
If you like the corny jokes and huggy's outfits, then get this. Excellent
