This album is mellow with that metal edge. It rocks in places but manages not to be obstrusive to the senses. This is an album for those bitter-sweet moments in life. "So Far Away" is an excellent track riddled with angst and longing. If you have children "Zoe Jane" will definately pull at your heart strings especially if your away from your family. This album is a tribute to Staind's lyrical and musical prowess. There is not one bad track on the album. Staind rock but hey I knew that anyway. Give this album a chance and you won't be dissapointed

Its a good album, not as good as their recent one, but still worth a listen! I bought after I heard Break The Cycle. I prefer Cycle, but this is still OK.
