Spice Girls - Spice (CD 1996)

This album was released in 1996 and went straight to number 1. Selling over 30 million copys in the UK alone. The Spice GIrls have been the most successful british band since the beatles and are still the best selling female artists of all time. Allthough they are slated by the media, they still hold literally ten's of world records.

Spice, the album is their debute album that was greatly received all over the world with their hit singles, Wannabe, Say You'll Be There, 2 Become 1, Who Do You Think You Are and Mama. This is one of the best albums I have ever bought and offers a song for every mood with a large variety of genres.

This is pop history and deffinatly to buy and keep just for its historical value.

certainly one to bop around the front room to no matter what age you are whether you loved or hated the spice girls you cant help singing along to this cd my daughter was age 5 when they first appeared on the scene she loved them but lost her original cd when moving home now at the age of 15 decided to have a spice girl revival and is loving every minute of it

Cheesey and brings back memories of my childhood. Plus seriously they were not that bad dispite what my boyfriend says. I was always Posh spice and i still have the bob although not as skinny though!

i quite like to spice girls. but didn't really get into them unti my daughter bought the spiceworld video and she played ginger spice on stage at her dancing. will be happy listening.

Having been a Spice Girls fan for some time, this was a very unusual autographed item which I was happy to have won. Spice Girls memorabilia always seems to bring a good price and something as unusually autographed as this rarely comes along, especially from highly rated sellers. I was thrilled to get it and happy to see it was accurately described as an item and as to its great condition.

The album is wicked! I mean everybody loves the spice girls. They wrote every song on this album and whether it be a birthday party, a celebration or you just want to have a laugh this is the album for you. Everyone will know the words and most likely the dance moves. Girl power will never die!!

i was doing a photo disk for mothers day and i wanted a track off the album to complement the photos

i recently brought a copy as my original was a bit worn. all the songs are on a different vibe, pop, rnb, dance, even a bit of rap! even if you werent a fan first time round, dont miss out all 3 spice albums are legendary pop albums! spice forever! im off to see them next week!

my son is 4 and loves some of the Spice Girls Songs. Unfortunately he likes only 3 of the tracks on this album which were, oddly enough, the only 3 hits. the other songs "fill out" the album like stuffing in a turkey, and lets be honest, most of us would rather stuff a turkey than have to put up with all the spice girls singing the whole of this album.

I have actually bought it for my six year old daughter, who sings the odd Spice Girls song but didnt know who it was, so my wife and I decided to buy her the CD so she could sing along. She loves it and plays it all the time. Its driving me mad but thats a good thing. She likes lots of music so this was another good addition to her ever growing library.

This was bought for my daughter who still has rather fond memories of the Spice girls, she needed a dose of nostalgia and this was just what the doctor ordered!Not sure if the rest of the family have felt the same way but it's not been too loud!

I BOUGHT THIS CD, AS MY OLD COPY WAS A BIT SCRATCHED & ME & JULIE LOVE LISTEN(NG TO THIS CD. SO I WENT ON EBAY TO GET ANOTHER COPY. I DIDN'T COST AS MUCH AS IT WOULD OF, IF I'D OF GONE TO A SHOP & BOUGHT, SO I SAVED MONEY, EVEN WHEN YOU ADD THE P&P, IT STILL COST ME LESS & IT WAS IN GREAT CONDITION (NO SCRATCHES) & WE PLAY THE CD REGULARLY. OBVIOUSLY THERE WILL BE TIMES WHEN IT COULD COST MORE, BUT THATS THE WAY AUCTIONS GO. MANY THANKS EBAY. i loved the spice girl when i was little and had this album on tape which didnt work very well.i was cleaning out my room and decided to throw my tapes away (as i don't have a tape player anymore) and decided to buy all the albums/singles off ebay for a low as possible.Didnt dislike anything about!!!!

i brought it for my daughter itz her fav band,it was the one she wanted,now i have to hear it on a daily basis in the car,my daughter just loves the spice girls so it was a easy purchase,there was plenty to chose from but this is the one with the hit singles that she likes the most..

I bought the album because it had two of my favourite Spice Girl songs on it - 2 Become 1 and Mama. I got the album for a very good price too, got it for approximately £3.00.

The only thing I dislike about the CD is I wanted it to have more songs I know on it, but I can get another Spice Girl album!
