IN THE DISCRIPTIONS THE SELLER SAID THE TV IS A FLAT PANNEL LCD AND IN INSIDE DETAILS HE SAID IT IS A REAR PROJECTION TV. i WAS CONFUSED AND WANTED TO KNOW WHAT IT WAS BUT WITH NO REPLY IN MY THREE EMAILS I SENT. SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT WITH THE LISTING.

50" TV for £550 - and HD. Picture quality is the best I've seen through Virgin V+ and upscaling DVD player for DVD and DivX. Unit is also very light (approx. 33kg)and not very deep for a RPTV. Overall design is very smart and modern looking - although it can't be wall-mounted. If you want a big screen TV on a budget, take a look at rear projection technology. Far cheaper than LCD and Plasma - and in my opinion - far better quality. Sony now seem to have abandoned RP technology in the UK, but in the US it's still the most popular format - for a reason! I've used the TV for approx 2 months now, and have no negative comments to make about it.

I like this item because i do not have to buy separate digital receiver its got a big screen and the pictures is high quality i like sony products my family needed a big screen tv and the price was resonable due to the auction,and also compaired to other brands i have seen this one comes on top,infuture i will recommend it to friends
