Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-32FX68 32 inch TV

Fantastic TV, great picture and looks cool. 32" Screen size was a step up from the 28" screen we had previously. Also the flat screen is great. We were a bit behind the times with our old TV. We wanted a new TV because our old one started to flicker and now we have our new one I wish we had dumped our old one sooner!

A picture so good you'd think you were watching HDTV!!!!! This Flat screen sony TV is older than you'd expect, but it holds it's own with the next gen Televisions, Many scart connections to hook up to your latest gadgets and gizmo's. This TV is a must for any one who's budget is tight but demands excellence!

Our old television packed up and as always just Christmas when we had not got the funds to spend on a expensive new item. So Ebay to the rescue again. Spotted a 3 year old Sony 32 inch widescreen for sale around the corner placed a bid and won for just £110.00 Collected item next day which only just fitted into the back of our hatchback, and was very very heavy and i needed the sellers help, but it was worth the effort as the picture quality is fantastic and equal to any quality of plasma or lcd, plus it has excellent sound quality, and even came with a posh matching stand for extras such as dvd player, free view box, playstation etc etc. I was told by the seller it cost him over £800 new which means i got a real bargain, and if it lasts for the next couple of years then i will be delighted, but these televisions are very large and heavy so next time i buy a new generation LCD..............but not until this Sony packs up as it is really great!!!!!!!!!

The Sony KV-32FX68 gives you a fantasic picture. I like remote control and the useful on-screen menus are nice too. Sony is as a brand always surprise my expectations and I can not fault them as a consumer electronic brand.

The reason for purchase was because of the name sony a tried and tested product and bought for a elderly lady who is more than happy with it

I love it cause of the clear picture quality and sound. its afforable compared to lcd tv's and i think unless you have all the hd stuff its as good a picture as any

The Sony Wega 100hz is the master of CRT TVs. Better picture than only the very top LCD Tvs such as 1080 sony - samsung. Better sound than any LCD TV.

If you have space for this monster - Have one- Awesome

If you can lift it and have the space this is an excellent tv, saving you the cost of a more expensive lcd equivalent.

This is typical example of a seriouly good Sony TV that has suddenly gone out of fashion. Four years ago this set sold for over a grand, today secondhand and in perfect condition with remote and instructions it is worth less than fifty! The picture is great, just as all tellys were before the faded colours and slow response rates of LCD invaded our lounges. Its not in any way HDready; but how many people actually received an HD signal etc etc. It weighs over 50kg and is in no way slim, but if the appearance from in front of the screen is more important to you than that from the side of it, then this is a bargain.
Only negative is that the Ebay specifications claim that it has a secam, NTSC and Pal tuner, but thats not true, it only has a Pal tuner and that really inconvenienced me when I offered it to my girlfriend's mother on christmas day in France and it wouldn't receive a single channel! Connected to a DVD recorder via RGB scart all was well.
