It looks and feels great, just the right size; the touch screen works perfectly and is very large; music and sound quality is excellent; transfers music from pc fast; 4Gb memory.
On the minus side: Occasionally crashes on heavy use; the programs don't automatically close which causes the phone to get more sluggish when many programmes are still running in the background; the onscreen keyboard is very small and it's easy to press wrong key.
I don't miss the camera at all as the quality on the best phones is very poor. This phone does exactly what it says on the tin.

I love this phone! its exactly what i want in a mobile phone and more!
It has 4 gb of memory which holds plenty of music - i have over 400 songs on my phone so far with loads more space to use!
The phone itself is easy to use with a touch screen LCD face which makes it easy to get around the phone - the only down side to this is some of the icons are too small to touch with your fingers so i find i have to use the sylus provided quite a bit but this isnt a problem as such.
sound wise the quality is great on speakerphone and also via the headphones - i've also got the mb 100 speakers which i beam music directly through bluetooth which is easy and the sound quality is miles better!
the battery lasts for days although the alarm clock is a bit quiet and has no chance in wakin me up ;)
the phone itself is nice and slim and very attractive to the eye - the w960i has a camera so that will be my next buy ;)

Great alternative handset for people who either, hate texting (me) or love music but don't want to carry an MP3 player and a phone with them.
The handset has loads of memory for tunes/ pics or whatever you want on it. there are two things to keep in mind.
1) The handset is more like a smart phone than a normal phone... I know it sounds dumb since it's a smart phone, but it's not like your standard sony menu's to navigate round, it's similar, but more smart phonie?
2) The hand writing recodnision takes a little time to get used to if you've not used it before.
Would say the phone is great overall. it's robust, plenty of storage, easy to use and over all a quality product.... over all then.... a sony ericsson.

The fone is good in every way, shame it ain't got camera but then again not every one needs it, I think it is good idea this fone didn't come with one.

) i paid good money for one of these phones and all i can say is it was the biggest piece of badly made rubbish i ende up smashing it up so that it would not get sold to sombody else i would not have one for free i cant mention a good point there are none bad points there are to many best avoided
