Sony Ericsson W850i Mobile Phone

My Sister used a W800i prior to this, and was disappointed with the W850i's image quality due to the lack of auto focus. But then again, music is what she is after and in this department, the W850i absolutely performs exceedingly well. The sound is great, the Walkman 2.0 is excpetionally cool (especially with album art) and the functionalities of the phone are truly superb. Once again, Sony Ericsson has proven that it is the company to beat when it comes to phones that combine exquisite design and fantastic functionality.

My partner loved her black contract w850i! but always wanted the white one and when her year was up gave her daughter the phone - She looked on ebay for the best she could afford and found one that was in 'good condition' she paid straight away(no waiting for payment from her she thought) and waited with anxious breath hoping that her phone would not be the one lost in the post - and thankfully it did arrive....But....sadly their is a chalky blotch in the bottom left corner and the back had been glued on - there is also a crack running throu the menu button.. He failed to mention that in his discription and because she put it in her feed back he has never given me feed back!
But hey she loves her phone and treats it kindly keeps it in a case so as not to scratch up the screen and has a pretty pink sticky Butterfly holding the battery cover on so it does not fall off and get lost..aah.

This dummy phone was perfect for being an identical match to my real phone, thank you, prehaps now my daughter will leave mine alone, thinking that this dummy phone is the real thing, it works so far, lets just hope that it say's that way!!!!!!!

The Sony Ericsson W850i is a 3G Walkman® phone & is beautifully designed to be fun, useable & compact. took over 1 week to arrive problems
with it when it arrived but apart from that ok.i do like the phone obviously these problems ruined so i have sold it. i would deal with the seller again but i would not buy another phone off him.

The phone was purchased to replace an identical one that i dropped from up a ladder sadley it did not bounce but did still receive calls making calls was hit & miss as the screen did not survive it is a very reliable phone & am more than happy with it

This Phone is in excellent condition, it was sent promptly, well-packaged, but unfortunately my son has claimed it as he feels the walkman features would be wasted on me! the sounds are excellent quality & clear.I'll be searching for another phone now then!!

Very nice phone, just taking me a little while to get the texting together! Of course, my previous phone is quite a few years old.

I decided to get myself a new phone but the choice of phones nowadays is so huge it is hard to work out which phone is best suited to your own style, this is why i chose a sony ericsson. sony as a make on the whole are quite durable and are a good brand.I had a lg and it was quite small on the button area and a bit clumsy but the sony is a bit more manageable.I would not advise you buy this phone if you have huge hands though as it might be a bit troublesome!! navigational wise its lovely to set up to whatever you desire and as on all sony ericsson phones it has an excellent walkman.I would definately rate this phone highly but then i own one...its up to you to decide....

All the W... series are made for music e.g. w850i, w810i, w580i.
All the K... series are made for camera quality e.g. k800i, k750i.

I would recommend the w850i to people who love music and are not bothered about the camera quality as most w series come with 2 megapixels.

I would recommend the K800i to people who love taking pictures/photography as it comes with 3.2 megapixel camera. It also comes with a built in flash whereas the w series comes with LED lights.

i bought this phone for my work mate. he wanted one after he saw how robust and easy to use he saw mine was. Sony Ericcson w850 is a good general purpose phone with the added bonus of bein a walkman. it is a really good mobile i can recommend it!

brought this because of the 2g card with it. and my phone had broke an this is the same phone so i can swap parts when needs be.

I bought this phone for a lady i work with on her behalf. The reason she wanted this phone is beacuse i also have the same phone and are all agreed that this is a superb phone with loads of functions and easy to use.

I think that it sold for a very good price and was wel worth the money. When i asked questions the seller replied very quickly which was brilliant. It was also delivered really fast :)

Most disapointed with this seller ,he tried to say that i did not send him the money,then he said he was new to the paypal thing then said that he now understood how it works and that he would now send the phone,still waiting on the phone and he will not answer any emails ,i have contacted paypal and said it was to late to open a dispute, i had already in my view thought that i had opened a dispute and dont know how or when i closed it , now iam money out of pocket and dont have my purchase MOST ANOYED.

I decided to bid for this item because my son was asking for another phone as his got stolen at school just before they went on the summer holidays. After I won the item communication with the seller was good and i was able to pick the item up and save on postage, the seller was really nice and the phone was exactly as described on ebay. My son is very pleased with it.

the phone looks very nice as it is rounded, i think the light effects to the walkman also look good
the only thing i wish was different is that the zoom can only be done after the picture is taken but works with the video.

I decide to buy this phone because it looked very new when was not. i like sony ericsson. and the price was very cheap.
