Sony Ericsson S700i Cellular Phone

I absolutely love this phone firstly because of the screen size compared to other phones on the market and most obviously because of the camera quality it is simply outstanding i don't mind about the size because of it being such a high quality phone.
Can't beat a Sony Ericsson !

the camera on this fone is 1.3Mb but is very good.very loud alarm which get me up in morning. dropped plenty of time, but still living! good for gaming too! radio / speaker quality is the best. ITS A MUST BUY! i got mine on contract but 2 years later im still using it!

I love this phone, unlike every other SE phone I've had (and I have had many) its actually big - it has a big screen, sensible sized keys, bluetooth, etc., it just looks quality. I have taken it into a phone shop to be debranded and unlocked as it was on Vodafone - I hate their branding and menus!! The shop said as it was not a popular model they would have got to get the files from S.E. so I'm hoping they can do something with it. I'm also hoping it will allow me to use MP3's as ringtones (the only downside, but not a big deal for me)
I would hate to have to go back to their usual run of the mill microscopic keypads, who do they think use their phones? Mice?
I don't care if its over 4 years old, I've yet to find a modern phone I like, I don't care about cameras or MP3 players on a phone, buy a camera or an ipod if you want those!!

It's an old phone... but the build quality i excellent!
Very solid mobile and is made in Japan.
You can have it for many years and the display is big and very good!

i love this phone i bought it because i tryed to change the cover on my old one an broke it.its ideal for putting pictures on the computor with the memory card ive had it for 2 months now an it works great

I needed an unlocked handset to move to a cheaper network and wanted some sort of media player built in with expandable memory. This phone really hit the bill. I have one of my own songs as ringtone which I love, and have stored some mp3 demos and mp4 videos on it to show people using the amazing bigclear screen. This is not the latest phone but suits me to perfection.

I am not to be honest with you a Sony Ericsson Mobile phone fan so I will be brief but honest. It has the feel of a well put together mobile.Rather heavy,and has no style.Great camera,although the buttons I felt were not the easiest to use.This does sound like the Sony is a No Go.This is not true but I much perfer A Nokia Mobile any day. Sony make great T.V.'s, Great Game Consoles like the Play Stations and other electrical items but for me they fall short of the standards set by Nokia. Overall I rate this mobile as Average.Please remember that I much perfer Nokia Mobiles; so please bare this in mind when you read this.

crap used to be a high end mobile phone but with the latest designs available this phone is officially past its sell by date

the product i bought was just what i was looking for and i got a bargain thank you very much.would like to see what else he has on offer.

I love this phone. I had one before and it never let me down. It takes perfect photos despite not being as advanced as some of the later models, the sound's good, features are excellent and the keypad is just right. I tend to txt a lot more than i call so i need something that feels comfortable in my hand and isn't too top or bottom heavy and the S700i is THAT phone. It might look and feel like a brick but it has all the features i need and it performs and feels great into the bargain.

I'd dropped my last phone quite a few times and it still worked really well. When you drop an S700i it's like dropping a brick too because it's quite heavy, but it never seemed to function any less well than it had before. I think the final insult for it though was when i accidently dropped it into a bucket of water. It was completely submerged for a few minutes. I took it apart and dried all the components and it still functioned very well but there were 1 or 2 things that weren't as good after it's swim, and it kept turning itself off every now and then..usually in the middle of a call or txt. So i decided to replace it. I know they're not particularly popular anymore so i thought i'd be able to pick up a reasonably priced one from ebay, and i did :)

A robust but incredibly well put together little phone. If Ericsson could duplicate all it's features and functionality into something a smidge slimmer it would be the only phone i'd ever want to own..as they haven't done that yet, the S700i is the only phone i'd ever want to own.

be careful the one i got off ebay lasted a month b4 it packed up lesson learnt by me not going to use themagain BEWARE
