having owned one of these cameras for about 5 years it was showing signs of wear and tear. I was so happy with it's performance I decided to buy the same model. You can no longer buy them new so I bought a replacement of ebay.The camera that I bought is in first class working order and is money well spent.

Easy to use, easy to handle. Don't use the rechargeable batteries, stick to regular Duracell instead as they don't last a long time. Memory sticks are easy to use and easy to connect to a pc. Only problem is that Sony don't include a decent camera case but would recommend to the older generation or to someone who simply doesn't have much luck taking photos and doesn't want too many mod cons.

It is a good camera for beginers, but very basic. Re chargable batteries are a bit of a pain, they don't last as long as the moden camera battery.
Would not recomend this model to anyone, wanting to take good quality close ups, blured and out of focus.
I decided to buy this as the camera, as the photoes on my cyber shot phone were very good quality,and clear, but for some reason the camera has not got the same good quality.

) I wanted an easy to use digital camera for my wife and the camera met all my expectations.
I have a Kodak digital camera which is not very good on batteries.
I always carry a spare fully charged set to exchange when old ones expire but they never seem to work in the camera unless they have been charged very recently.This is very frustrating.
The camera I bought does not have this problem and appears to be a better camera all round.
