Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P12 Digital Camera

JUST BOUGHT THE SONY CYBER-SHOT DSC-P12 DIGITAL CAMERA FIRST IMPRESSIONS HAVE BEEN GOOD VERY GOOD QUALITY PICTURE BOTH THE STILLS PICTURES AND THE VIDEO RECORDER VERY EASY TO USE POINT AND SHOOT THATS ABOUT IT NO MESSING AROUND WITH SETTINGS AND MENUS I HOOKED IT UP TO MY TV VIA THE VIDEO CABLE AND YOU CAN VIEW THE PICTURES OR VIDEOS YOU HAVE CAPTURED THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE CAMERA ITSELF IS QUITE GOOD JUST WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM SONY NOT MUCH MORE TO SAY REALLY ONLY THAT IF YOUR AFTER A GOOD QUALITY CAMERA WICH IS EASY TO USE THEN THIS IS THE ONE HOPE THIS HAS HELPED

This Sony cybershot is from a series of fine sony designs and still has the fexibility thats good to see on the second hand market. It has the software upgraded to accept larger memorysticks so I can shoot all day long and not worry about running out of room.

Well I had my P12 stolen a few yers back so I replaced it with the nearest Sony at the time, it offered 7 mega pixels and it never lived up to the picture quality of the P12, which is the same as the P10 except in silver & only one battery. I think the P12 has a very good lens and is great for all sorts of shots to include video recordings./ Just bought one for my daughter and I am going to buy one for it's practicality. Now use DCS R1 but it does not go in my top pocket!

Having had a Cybershot DSC-P12 previously I knew what to expect - a clear, colourful result from an easy to use camera. I bought this one after losing my first as I have the marine pack which is not compatible with other cameras. For ameteur underwater shots it is very user friendly and pictures are clear and vibrant.

I have had this camera since it came out in 2003, and it is still taking amazing pictures now.
The quality of this camera from its metal body to the optics are top notch.
Sony pulled out all the stops when thery created this camera.
I only take shots with the auto settings, and they come out great.
A little touch up in an editing package and the are perfect.

I already have this camera and have lost the charger so it was cheaper to purchase this dicky camera with charger than to buy one seperate.

As a bonus the camera does work but just needs tweaking every so often but superb as a spare or work camera.

Really pleased now to have 2 cameras the same with a charger so i can finally use the original camera I purchased a few years ago for over £400.

I liked it because i felt that it would be easey to use .And the size was important .I did't want a camera that you need a science degree to use .And the fact that it was compatable with my p.c and printer.

I bought this for my daughter as a birthday present & she loved it. It is vey compact but with a large viewing screen. It also makes great quality videos.Most recommended.

I broke my wonderfull camera in 2006, while I was in NY, I was visiting the Empire State Building, while I was on top of the Building, I put my camera down thinking it was attached to my wrist, unfortunately it was not so it dropped and dented the corner. Luckily the camera stilled worked and as I loved this camera i waited and looked around for some one to have one that was broken and the case to be good. Luckily I found it in Ebay, so after buying it I took it to a shop and they changed it over for me, and now I have perfect Sony camera, thanks to Ebay.
