Sony CDX-L580X Car CD Player

nice head unit , as with all sony stuff it WORKS! and does a good job of it to! , most system choke when you put a cd with few marks on it , but this unit plays them like there brand new! , the sound q of the sytem is wonderful!.

good points:
easy to use
easy to install
ready to go out of the box
preamp output
design of the face stands out , all nice and smooth
remote controlable
easly run's 6x9's without cutting power to the front speakers

bad points:
only 1 set of rca outputs
remote control not given
volume and tuning buttons to small and can get hard in winter , soft in the summer.
wont play mp3 / wma cd's
no cd changer control

Fast and efficient service. Was lucky to be able to purchase this particular in- car radio and cd player as a replacement for a faulty one.

The product was as descibed and worked without any problems. There was no instruction manual but that was not listed with the item. The problem was easily sorted with a download from the internet.
