Back in 1992, I was 16, rebellious and very goth like! Temple of Love was my favourite tune, and I would imagine my family know all the world by proxy. . . .
Having misplaced my copies of the albums during a house move (or seven) in the time since, I saw A slight case of Overbombing come up for sale - and though, hmmmmm, lets have a look.
They say you can take the goth out of the music, but I guarantee that the music doesnt leave the Goth!!!!!
What a fabulous album - its tracks are

I wouldn't call Sisters of Mercy easy listening, but they are fantastic, and a good choice if you want to try a new genre.

) Only 12 tracks for a best of c.d ,not much but when you get the Temple of love at 8 mins and This corrosion at 10 mins ,you see why. Most of the Sisters early classics are all on here ,an all round great buy from one of the early pioneers of the Goth movement.

I bought this CD for my boyfriend Brian. He absolutely loves it. There isn't a single song that CD that he does not like. His favourite song is Temple of Love which he tends to deafens his fellow colleagues!!!! Review by Elviradaminx

This is a really great album! It may be a greatest its album with their classics on it but its a really got beautiful melodies to it and brings out a good mood in some people. Though Sisters of Mercy has not released that many albums and only does tours now, they still keep the old gothic rock together!
