Simon & Garfunkel - Bridge Over Troubled Water [Remastered] (CD 1998)

This was a lovely cd which I use to have on a LP, it brings back good
memories

There is nothing I dislike about this CD

I especially like some of the songs and have always like simon and garfunkel

Bought this for a friend, as last one was not an original. This is superb as it has the exact same tracks that were on the original CD and, it was cheap. Simon and Garfunkel's last album even though it was made some 30 odd years ago, still sounds fine. It includes a fine tribute to Frank Lloyd Wright and as for The Boxer, how many of us can recall looking for a job? A most excellent CD from a brilliant duo.

Had this on vinyl and only just bought the cd, it is a classic ! Probably their most known record, I remember it was in the charts for years. However Art and I expect some of their fans thought Simon was going too far away from 'folk' towards pop and they then disbanded at their peak of success. Best time to go? If you want quieter more folker stuff try earlier records but for good well written and performed 'pop' songs, (perhaps too perfect ? ) this is hard to beat.

This was a presnt for a close relative and was very gratefully received, Has now given hours of pleasure. Fantanstic CD with all thier greatest hits and have been told great value for money althogh I hasten to add they are still not aware of the price I paid for it.




best album ever

I used to borrow a friends copy of the CD so it was about time I bought my own copy, so, i already knew what I wanted so I went ahead and bought it,

First class service, no problem would use again. Both good value and quick service , and an excellent CD, cheaper than in the shops.
