Well packaged all complete and working, very good deal. handy having two cordless phones, which you can use to receive a fax without going to the main machine. Print and copys well easy to setup.

) Cracking machine. Very easy to use, neat and functional.
On the "downside" thats how you feed faxes in to sent, we found out after sending out many blank pages Doh!
Not the machines fault in any case.
