Shameless, the BAFTA award-winning and brilliantly funny drama series from writer Paul Abbott, follows the roller coaster lives and loves of the highly un-orthodox yet extremely tightly knit Gallagher family.

Head of the family, in name only, is Dad Frank - a feckless, charmless, self-pitying, unemployed bully - a model father. Since mum went AWOL, dad hit the bottle leaving his six remarkably well-balanced children Fiona, Lip, Ian, Debbie, Carl, and Liam to fend for themselves. But the Gallaghers need not worry anymore, now they've teamed up with the local gangsters the Maguires, who continue to explode the myth of a conventional family.

The Complete Series 1-5 Box Set is a sixteen disc set consisting of all five series, plus the feature length Christmas and New Year Specials.

You've just got to......LOVE SHAMELESS!! - I love shameless and think im going to have to invest in this boxset! each series has just got better and better, the story lines are well thought out and great viewing. the characters are hilarious, all in all a great package!!

Although the pack was brand new 3 of the discs would not play. I contacted the seller on 2 occasions to ask about returning the package but I did not receive a reply. I have escalated the case to the Case Resolution Centre and I am still waiting for a complete refund.

Shameless D.V.D. box set, great series, thats if you like that sort of thing. Soon as i seen this box set on e Bay at the price it was, cheaper than in the shops, i thought of my partner who loves the series and he was over the moon when he received it for xmas, as he missed the first couple of series.

My daughter recommended this to us. We sat and watched the first and then we just had to keep on watching them. Can't wait to see series 6, and will be glad when series 7 comes out.

what can you say about shameless, its funny, topical, disgusting,and like real life,i bought it cos i missed a few episodes and wanted to watch the ones i saw again.the best thing about shameless is they know how to throw a party,scatter!!!!!!!

Super value for money, hours of laughter but not for the faint hearted or those who don't like sex, violence or bad language. Same series as TV so if you want to watch again buy the DVDs, perfect to catch the ones you missed. Follow the Galligar family over the years and enjoy them. Great fun but for adults only.

I thought the 5 series were all really funny and got funnier as the series progressed. I thought the boxset was a great price and great value for money. Thanks

What an awesome series - a truely masterminded peice of genius from the creators. It is shocking, sexy, wild, crass, rude, common, lewd, racy, saucy, funny, heartbreaking and more true to life than you will ever realise - and not for those of us who live on a council estate!!! I hope there are many more series left to amuse and shock us - there has never been, nor ever will be such a candid look on life in the 'lower working classes'. The box set was the best thing I ever bought!

What can i say? One of the best series on British television and its still running.Ive seen the series over and over and it never fails to make me laugh.

At last the British can write decent dramas. Shameless tells the story of a families troubles as they go through life. Its got swearing,sex and violence and could reflect any family in todays Britain.

The storylines are daring and good. I am not going to spoil it for you but its money well spent.

best show to come out of UK for a long time !! send 5 days watching it and loved every minute of it. do yourself a favour and get a copy .....

i cant say to much about this product as it was a christmas present.My stepdaughter loved it never hear a peeep from her for 4 days while she watched every episode so was worth every penny for that lol,
