The album is of the quality we have come to expect from this talented performer - Shakira has a great voice in any language but I feel she expresses herself best in her native Spanish. Shakira still records in Spanish for the hispanic market - I hope she continues to do this with all her future albums. Included with 'Fijacion Oral Vol 1' the DVD is a nice extra but I wish it had a few more of the official music videos. I would recommend to any fan of Shakira to get a copy and listen to the artist singing in the tongue she grew up with, Spanish is a beautiful language. Highly recommended. Tendras que comprarlo!

Miss Ripoll brings to songs in her native language greater emotion and sensuality than is present in her English singing. Even if you are not a fan of Shakira, you can enjoy this disc, which typifies what 'latin' music and singing is all about. The DVD, in which Shakira describes what the songs and singing mean to her, is an added bonus.

well i wanted to have a full collection of Shakira cds with me although i already have like 20 albums with me on the computer but i just wanted to have i in CDS too you know......so when i ordered this item, it was ok but then i found a cheaper item and i wanted to like contact the seller and see if i can have a refund and it didn't work soooo i got the cd. the Cd was in great condition, Brand new but a bit expensive
