Seven Swords is a tale of an evil tyranical general enforcing a cruel law which outlaws the practice of martial arts under pain of death. When a village enriched in martial arts heritage is attacked, two villagers go in search of the legendary group of sword bearers known as the seven swords. Together, they exact revenge and defend the beloved village from the invading army...
Seven Swords is more than your average kung fu or arty Hong Kong film like Crouching Tiger or Bruce Lee. It has fantastic filming, believable characters and plot as well as a massive epic, Gladiator-type feel to it. It also has some of the best sword-play ever captured on film.
It might not appeal to everyone especially if you can't get on with foreign language films but that said you would be serously missing out.

Awesome sword fighting action,this is one of the best films i've watched,it really is action packed from start to finish.The scenery is just stunning and the acting is brilliant.If you enjoy action packed films,then this is one you don't want to miss !! Highly recomended.
