Sennheiser HD 201 Consumer Headphones

These headphones are comfortable, easy to hear for long periods. They have a long lead that means you can sit in comfort. They also came with a 1/4" adaptor. The headphones fit around your ears well providing a good seal against your head to reduce background noise. All-in-all an excellent pair of headphones only missing a remote (in wire) volume control to make them perfect!

I bought these headphones for my sons birthday. The delivery was very poor and they didnt arrive in time but when they arrived we found them to be good headphones.

excellent sound quality, extremely light and comfortable, I have had some Sennheiser headphones for a few years now but these new ones are far more comfortable and the sound quality is way above my old ones, both are closed back but the HD 201 reduces the ambient sound levels more, all for a price you wouldn't believe. I would recommend to anyone.

Pros: relatively cheap, good sound quality. The long cable cord is great for listening at home
cons: Not very hard-wearing - the cable in particular is pretty flimsy.

great product,does exactly what it says on the tin, terrible price you can buy these anywhere for a lot less I found at least 10 high street,online places where you could save at least a fiver admittedly after the fact I'd aready bought these but the idea of ebay is to grab a bargain not be overcharged still love the product!

These are good, functional headphones. I would recommend these to most home users. I would not recommend these for DJing.

The headphones are quite comfortable (I think it's synthetic leather), well-adjusted to all heads/ears, and reasonably sized (not compact, but not bulky either). I would not recommend these for jogging, though, since their fit is not meant for that (and would easily displace).

They do not completely block out sound when put on, however the noise let out is only about whisper level.

As with most headphones, these also include a small adaptor to transform into the old, bigger socket (i.e. transforming the 3.5mm jack into a 6.35mm jack).

The cable is quite long (3m), which is useful in any situation. The cable can get wirey though (as with most headphones and earphones), so be sure to either pack it away neatly or simply hang it.

For the price I bought it (circa 15GBP delivered), I thought it was very reasonable for the basic- to mid-level user.

If your at a budget at the studio or if you want them for either hi-fi or iPod use, these are perfect.

I like way of packing product very profesional. Contact with sender also good. I liked design of product & unknown brand which i have been curious of.

I bought 3 pairs of these for Hospital Radio Stafford. They are excellent value for money. Really good quality sound.

Having read some positive reviews of these headphones thought I would take the plunge and buy a pair. Comfortable straight out of the box and with a quality feel. Decent bass and clear treble. No inline volume control but thats what a remotes for - or you could turn the knob yourself. Superb reproduction and seperation, especially for the price!! Bargain basement cost but punch above their weight by two or three divisions. As an occasional user these offer me all I need to enjoy my music without annoying the other half. Delivered to my door for the total price of £14. A steal!!!
