On my first one the number 2 didn't work, on my second one the screen mysteriously broke. On my replacement one it repeatedly turned itself off. I bought 2 of these flip phones for my boys.(aged 13&10 at the time) It was their first ever phones so I wanted something fairly small and not too expensive. The Sendo was just what we wanted, a small compact flip phone that kept us in touch. Even better for extended life, I bought leather cases off ebay very cheaply, that allowed the phone to operate without restriction, and saved on dents and scuffs.
